Striking contemporary tower façades and a fluid, dynamic clubhouse spatial layout

The project comprises two residential towers and a clubhouse on a secluded site in Yuen Long’s developing rural area. The brief called for a contemporary façade for the towers and a dynamic spatial layout for the clubhouse to give the development a fresh, modern identity.

Prominently visible from three main streets, the design introduces a sleek city-inspired curtain wall system suited to this suburban setting. The towers feature elegant grey-tinted glass corners with low-reflectivity glazing, contrasted by warm beige and brown tiled walls. Vertical aluminium fins enhance the towers’ height while concealing drainage pipes.
The single-storey clubhouse offers various amenities including a swimming pool, gym, dining areas, and mini theatres. The central location of the tower entrance foyer was turned into an opportunity to divide the clubhouse into four distinct zones: an active zone (gym and children’s play area), a quiet zone (library and private dining), a central social gallery, and a private zone (swimming pool and dining terrace).
Rounded glass panels and flowing aluminium ribbon cladding at the clubhouse corners create a smooth, dynamic character — a signature element of the design.
Close collaboration with the Project Architect and consultants ensured compliance with regulations and seamless integration of aesthetics and function.
