This expansive residential development comprises nine towers and two dedicated clubhouses. Our studio was commissioned to deliver a comprehensive façade enhancement design for both the high-rise towers and their underlying podiums. The primary complexity of the brief lay in its timing: the towers were already mid-construction when we were engaged, presenting a high-stakes, time-sensitive challenge.

In a high-speed race against construction schedules, we meticulously re-calibrated the architectural envelope. Our scope involved optimizing color palettes, synthesizing the visual transition between the towers and the podiums, and managing rigorous daily technical coordination with on-site contractors. Recognizing the urgency, we established a deeply collaborative workflow with the contracting team, co-developing innovative, rapid-installation methodologies that preserved our design integrity without derailing the critical completion path.

Navigating the realities of an active construction site required strategic agility; yet through fast-tracked problem-solving, the project was delivered precisely on schedule. To ground the development within its lush, verdant surroundings, we wrapped the podium in a bold, geometric aluminum screen wall. This dynamic skin imparts a vibrant texturing to the base, seamlessly echoing the colorful tower facades above and establishing a harmonious dialogue with the natural landscape.
