Park Signature

This is a residential project comprising nine towers and two clubhouses in the developing rural area of Yuen Long. We are required to provide façade improvement design for the towers and the podiums. The challenge in this project was the towers were already under construction when we were engaged.

We had to race against time to re-organize the facade design - the color combination, the relation between the facade design of the tower and that of the podium, and many daily detail coordination works with contractors.

With close collaborations with the contractors, we investigated and tried various methods together to achieve quick and efficient installations which could achieve our design intent and also to meet the completion date.

There were a few compromises but on the whole we were satisified with the product, and, most important of all, the whole team delivered the product on time.

We developed a bold geometric pattern to the aluminium screen wall over the podium facade to give a vibrant appearance to the podium to match the colorful tower facade and the lush green plant surroundings.
