Hai Tan Street Project
Hai Tan Street Project is coming to completion. OP inspection was conducted in December 2019.
A 19 storey domestic building on top of a 3-levels podium used as shops and recreational facilities providing 76 nos of domestic units. With outstanding design supported by our long-term client ITC Properties and Urban Renewal Authority, Hai Tan Street would be revitalized with the subject redevelopment.

New Studio Space
ARCHI+ office has transpired to a contemporary open space studio occupying the whole floor of new address at 9/F, 133 Wai Yip Street, Kowloon. The studio's new location offers accessibility with integration to the network of urban infrastructure.
Our new studio space occupies the total floor area of 15,000 sqf with an open plan layout creative space aimed to foster collaboration of individual and team working environment.
亞設貝佳新的設計工作室位於香港九龍偉業街 133 號 9 樓。開放式的工作室設計空間面積 15,000平方尺。工作室新的空間設計方針希望能夠帶來更多的創作靈感以及更有效的促進團隊的設計工作。
