Joint User Complex Texaco Road

The project site occupies an extensive area of approximately 2,460 square meters, is strategically situated at the bustling junction of Texaco Road and Wing Shun Street. The construction of the Joint-User Complex (JUC) at Texaco Road in Tsuen Wan aims to provide essential facilities, including a Community Hall, a Child Care Centre, and a Neighbourhood Elderly Centre Subbase. This initiative is designed to meet the increasing demand for community facilities in the Tsuen Wan area. The building seamlessly integrates with the neighbouring park, enhancing the overall community landscape. Additionally, it challenges traditional perceptions of a civic building by inviting public engagement. Landscape elements roll up to the roof of the structure and penetrate into the interior, creating a variety of dynamic and interesting spaces for community interaction.
