Jindaotian Residential & Commercial Development

This is a design project for a self-contained residential development comprising high-rise residential towers and commercial facilities at lower floor levels. With the towers 40 storeys high, the master plan provides for a proportionately large green area giving a generous separation between the buildings. A landscaped park elevated 1.5 metres on the podium level raises the development above the surrounding area.An access road running across the site connects the adjacent major roads, and separates the site into two zones. The estate in the larger zone is planned in a semi-circular layout to maximise the use of site area and embraces the central courtyard.
