Renowned for its breathtaking garden craftsmanship and timeless monuments, Kunshan is a living tapestry that enchants visitors year after year. It is here that Kunqu Opera—the ancestral soul and "mother of a hundred operas"—was born. Kunshan is, in every sense, a sanctuary where natural beauty and human artistry intertwine. To build upon such sacred, historic ground is no small feat; this project stands at the critical intersection of cultural dissemination and progressive economic growth.

To honor this delicate balance, we cast aside stiff, static forms. Our design instead channels the sublime grace and poetic delicacy native to Kunshan's heritage. The heart of the architecture takes the shape of a dramatic, three-dimensional New Moon—a crescent form that gently cradles a tranquil reflection pool and a sweeping, free-form indoor aquatic center.
